When booking an appointment, a credit card will be placed on file. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 25% charge of the service amount. For "no call, no show" appointments, 50% of the service amount will be charged. Please call if you will be late for your appointment. Anything more than ten minutes late without prior notification will be considered a no call, no show and 50% of the service amount will be charged. With prior notification, anything more than ten minutes late will be rescheduled to another time and 25% of the service amount will be charged. No call, no shows will be required to pay for future services at the time of booking. Certain situations may be waived based on an individual basis. Notifications for appointments are sent via email and/or text at the time of booking, confirming 48 hours before appointment time and a reminder 24 hours before appointment time.
